Я делал вот с такой смесью (http://www.amazon.com/NOH-Korean-Chee-1-125-Ounce-Packet/dp/B0001IOSCW/ref=cm_cr_pr_sims_t). Использовал 3 пакета на 2 кочана + два тонких порея и получилось очень неплохо. Хотя и уступало кимчи из корейского магазина.
